But, had the guy taken 30 more seconds and lifted the tongue up another few inches he would have been able to remove and install the bars by hand.
Like others on this thread, I never use the pry bar that came with the hitch. I do know where it is as I never throw anything away, but I have never used it.
Have to remember not everyone has a power jack. That is a lot of work raising and lowering the trailer.
