Unique Rig seen in Florida

Spent a total of 10 days up and down the gulf side of Florida and saw ~ 8 Truck campers. Spoke to a very nice couple from Germany. If I understood them correctly, they started their journey in 2007. Rode over on a cargo ship with their rig and toured from Alaska to the tip of South America and are now touring the East Coast. Their rig is mounted on a Toyota Lancruiser, very cool.

  • Very similar Custom TC's built on the same Landcruiser 70 Pickup cost a 10th of that in Australia.

    A production built item.

  • If I read it correctly the "woelke offroadmobile" sells for something like 100,000 euros or US $140,000. I'm reminded of folks having sticker shock on this forum when they look over a new TC. But this really is shocking.
  • How bout this for unique or just plain eerie! A Hurst and old Idle time. Notice the big flood lights http://i907.photobucket.com/albums/ac280/billyray50/securedownload_zps3b79762f.jpgon top of the vehicle!!
