With parts and labor (so warranty is valid) I spent $1800 on my South Bend clutch install, but I also replaced a lot of the parts that go bad at the same time with my Ford while the ZF6 tranny was out
Don't forget to factor in you need to drive it for 500 miles to break in the clutch properly before hauling anything.
The bed was rusted out on my truck and failed MD inspection so I just replaced it with a newer bed, wasn't hard to swap out. Took the old one to the recycler and got a few bucks.
If you put that AF on a DRW you won't want to go back to an SRW.
