My 2003 1150 is exactly the same as yours on the generator corner. I have been to the factory and they tore it apart and it didn't have any damage. It has been very frustrating due to I know a lot more now than when I purchased it almost 9 years ago and would have spotted it. My fear is I won't be able to sell it when that time comes. Even the factory didn't have any grand ideas, don't get me wrong they were great and didn't charge me a dime while I was up there with a camper that was way out of warranty I just think it is a build issue but solving it is a mystery.
