Thanks for your concern, and no, I'm not suicidal and looking for the best way out.
I've always heard about the dangers of carbon monoxide as it applies to gasoline, i.e., colorless, odorless, people being overcome before they knew what hit them, and so on. I realize that anything can kill if ingested in sufficient quantities, but since I have a diesel truck, I was wondering if the danger was as acute. It's idle curiosity.
Based on kennethwooster's answer above, one based on personal experience, I would conclude that diesel exhaust does not pose the same level of danger as gasoline exhaust which is what I wanted to know. I apologize for the simplistically worded question and thanks to those who took the time to respond.
