I noticed in the specs that you intend to use a dry toilet....I assume this is a composting toilet.... What do you intend to do with the compost if you are full-timing?
Not trying to be gross but humanuer composters can go through a five gallon bucket of ...we'll... Compost able waste in a week. And they have a compost bin for said product.
I would strongly suggest going with a regular black tank/blue boy for your black and gray water.
The interior looks beautiful in the artist renderings.
