Another thought about the dry toilet concept after reading your FAQ on the website - your plans could run against Federal law. There are good reasons developed communities are required to route waste in certain ways.
Your approach will divert human waste into however each local areas you visit are processing regular trash, and that puts other people at risk. Would you want a member of your family to have a job where they might be coming across this material?
If you're truly going off-grid and away from folks and development, appropriate use of cat holes might be the best approach.
Same is true for your gray water - If it dumping has to be discreet, then that says it is not appropriate.
Drawing an analog. Creating special rules like this for "your" dog would possibly get all dogs banned from areas or activities. Why risk getting all campers banned from areas because you've decided against conventional black and gray waste management?
