A 15K AC is overkill for a small TT like that.
In fact a 13.5 is probably way more than is needed. With the size, and insulation values you are contemplating, one of the cabover camper ACs in the 7-9K range would be a nice match. The advantage is that a small generator will be able to reliably run them. A 15K run by a Honda EU2000 has been done, by a select few under ideal conditions... A 15K AC is useless if the generator can't run it.
