Good point on the 15K AC but will your idea be implemented. What I'm hearing is that the OP has made some drawings and decisions and they're not going to be changed.
I'm going to state my case about the plan one more time and then I'm out: Plans to change the overall height by raising the floor a foot is going to be the biggest snafu of this build. As soon as you contact a builder with any experience you will be told the same. Cargo trailers are built to a certain vertical dimension, usually 6'6" interior height. If you raise the floor a foot and wish to have a single exterior panel without a seam, you will basically have to cut off the walls and throw them away. If you can live with a seam, you'll still have to cut the upper structure off to raise it. You might as well start with a flat bed and build all of the walls and the roof. This is why I advocated insulating the floor from the outside. You don't need to raise the floor. You don't need floor ducts. With 2" of foam spray, you can heat the space with a light bulb. Your single grey tank can be below the floor. By raising the height a foot, you will have more drag, twice the expense, and poorer egress.
