Ok, yes I did... I checked out your link there. And guess what ? The very first trailer I look at there as a mobile command center has....you guessed it....and outward opening door. Gee.... I wonder why ?

Sticks and bricks do have inward opening doors. And guess what...here in the part of the country I live in, where the rain is wind driven very often, most houses have a "storm door" on the outside of the main door. Storm doors open outward. Gee... I wonder why....hmmmm, maybe so the rainwater washes to the outside of the structure ? Maybe that's why they are called "storm" door.

Every house I have lived in the 62 years of my life has had a storm door on the outside of the front door.

Really? Every house you've lived in had a storm door? Do you live in the Amazon rain forest or something? What about all the houses that don't have "storm doors", but just plain ole front doors that open inward? Are you telling me all those people weren't smart enough to get a storm door to keep the rain out? Maybe they just bought a good front door in the first place that doesn't let in tidal waves in as you suggest inward doors do. Are you also telling me there is no way to keep rain out unless the door opens outward? Again, I admit I am not the innovator on this concept. Take a peak at mobile dwellings. I'm not seeing a whole lot of storm doors are you? Stay dry hon. -Darla
