So Darla....just exactly WHEN is this thing gonna be rolling down the road ??? If this project is this simple....and you have a hundred grand to drop on it, I'm thinking it ought to be ready to roll by about June 1, 2014. Stick around. Don't spend your whole life just sitting on the sidelines. The action is always on the field. If all goes as planned (and sometimes it does) I will cut the builder a check at the end of the summer. That should give me enough time to get it built and get it out west by November. Oh, I never said building this would be "simple"....actually it's very complex. Now drink your milk and go to bed hon. Regards, -Darla
