I'll phrase my opinion another way.
RV Wholesalers, RV Direct, Holman, Lakeshore, and a couple others sell far more custom ordered never been walked in RVs than from there own lots. Few RV.neters report paying less then their prices. In fact, most pay more and some use these quotes to determine how much extra to pay for the convenience of buying locally. There is no way I'd buy a camper that has been trampled through by thousands of people for more money just to have it 6-8 weeks sooner. But I live in the mid-west and you live in Texas.
