I wouldn't expect the manufacturer to spend thousands of dollars for an employee to travel to your location to do this inspection you want.
It is not a big deal, something failed, it is a warranty claim, so what? Take it to a dealer, have it repaired, and go camping. :h
It is unfortunate this happened to you but hey, **** happens.
