I wouldn't expect the manufacturer to spend thousands of dollars for an employee to travel to your location to do this inspection you want.
When I had trouble with the Schwintek slide on my Outdoors RV Creekside, the factory sent a tech to my house, and when the tech determined it couldn't be fixed in the field, they sent a driver to my house to pick it up and take it back to the factory. They offered to deliver it back too, however I decided to make a ski trip out of it, and they paid for my gas.
