Over the course of the summer, they probably had approx 3000 miles put on them. I'd prefer to avoid a problem before it happens, so what do you all suggest for replacement RV tires? Not sure that it matters, but we pull with a Dodge 2500 diesel. Not looking to break the bank, but want something that will last us several years. 3000 miles is probably average what will be logged every summer (unless we move to a warmer climate that allows us to use the camper more than just June - August.

Keystone has provided your particular trailer with plenty of excess load capacity with their tire selection. Like you, I'm not fond of using tires with unknown (to me) history.
Read some tire threads about your Original Equipment tires and some more about replacements. Then make a choice from those that have good reviews and are readily available in your expected traveling areas.
If you expect to be a high mileage user you may want to consider upgrading to some 16" LT tires if they will fit in your trailer's wheelwells and have favorable axle spacing. The LT225/75R16E may be a good candidate.
