This trailer was 4 years old when I bought it. It was in good shape, but the owner used it a LOT. He wasn't totally savvy on bearing maintenance. He was probably never aware the battery leaked and didn't hold a very good charge - likely because he powered up the trailer with a generator when at the race track. The A/C got used a lot. He also had two portable work lights mounted to the cowling that surrounds the rear door spring - that's partly why I am theorizing he used AC power all the time.
