Lights:
The 12v light fixtures looked like something that belonged in the cockpit of a law enforcement boat. They were ugly, and dim.
I replaced them with some RV style fixtures.
There were originally 4 light fixtures. 2 up front (shown) and 2 more further back, but centered across the width of the ceiling. One is behind the A/C and the other is a 3' or so behind it. About a year ago I added a 4th light fixture at the very back.
