Wells Cargo/Haulmark, Freeway Trailers in Fife and Dexter stepped up to the plate for an issue with my little 6x12 trailer a few years back. It's nice when companies step up and deal with issues.
I stumbled across the lift brackets a month or so ago, then looked at my trailer. At the time I thought my axles were completely welded to the trailer frame when I looked at them.
I did some more digging online yesterday and found the instruction manual for the lift brackets so I could get a better understanding of how they mounted. I looked at my axles again and discovered they are bolt to a bracket that's welded on to the frame - which means I can use the lift brackets.
Seeing the photos in the instructions helped visualize how the axles are mounted originally, which made it easier to understand what I was looking at when I poked around and looked at my trailer again yesterday.
The trick will be taking measurements to figure out which lift brackets I need. The kits are labeled as being for axle # 9, 10, 11 or 12. (helpful, isn't it?)
