I found the same page you're referring to when I was dealing with my trailer's clearance. I can't remember exactly where or I'd post a link, but if you keep digging on Dexter's website you'll find each of those numbers corresponds to a specific amount of lift. I think/recall the max was 2".
My plan is to install the new axles, see if I need the additional lift kit and go from there.
