We have a Fantastic fan in both our bedroom and bathroom. The fan in the bedroom is quiet enough at low setting to leave on at night and we open a window at the opposite end of TT to allow unrestricted makeup air inside. We have the large Maxxair covers. (The remote controls for the Fanatastic fan are a bit annoying tho.)
I find the Ultra Breeze video to be misleading. A test that is not done in accordance with ASHRAE standards doesn't mean much. The test setup in the vid can be jigged to make it look much more dramatic than it is. They state that their cover allows an air flow of 920 cfm. That's a huge amount of cfm. By comparison, the average fan in a residential bathroom is only around 50-100 cfm. 920 cfm would feel like a hurricane in a TT bedroom and would be very noisy. I believe the average RV vent fan is rated around 100-200 cfm so any brand of vent cover should work just fine IMHO, even if running it a max. speed.
