MaxxAir Turbo fan here. The fan is OUTSIDE the RV absolutely can't hear it. Leave it open 24/7's because it is covered. It has variable speeds fits right in the vent opening and wiring is right there because there is always a ceiling 12 volt light nearby.
Regarding putting a fan in the bathroom. If you put that thing on exhaust it will suck up all the smell from the black tank and gag you when you flush. When that toilet flap opens its a direct shot to the black tank.
