Upgrading vent fans and covers...suggestions

I am looking for a way to get a little air moving (either blowing out or sucking in if possible) when we boondock and let the camper breath when it is parked in my driveway without worrying about rain. So with that thought I was wonder about, changing out my bathroom fan and possibly add one to my bedroom vent and adding covers to both of them. I have done some research but wondering if there any options I am missing. Thanks!
