Reliable! In your dreams! CR is notorious for pandering to the ones that pay the most for afvertising.
Their reviews are always biased. Ask people who own not those that wish they did.
My Dodge, while not a,new Ram has been totally reliable. Times in the shop? Recalls for software updates. Far fewer of those than the heavily praised Toyota or Honda. If you really want to know, look at a,dealerships service department pays and count the number of vehicles in there. Geeze get a life!
What don't you understand about CR?? They don't look at one vehicle, they look at a huge collection of vehicles. You may have had great luck with yours. As mentioned already CR doesn't accept any advertising. Be SPECIFIC about some "bias you've seen. I bet you can't. And I have a wonderful life by the way...
