If you ask, the question will probably be no, and here is why. You pay for water and pay for sewer, but only the water is metered. The sewer charge is based on the water meter.
The concern of the municipality would be that they are losing out on a few dollars!
Of course, we all know that we are filling our tanks and dumping water elsewhere but are charged for the sewer. So in reality it all evens out, but try to explain that to a government employee. :S
