Those are ESPs (extended service plans), not warranties. Repairs will have deductibles. And if you do buy one, buy one from Ford. Although Easy Care is also good. Be very careful of 3rd party plans. BUT. They are expensive, and may not be available for more than 125,000 or so miles. And I think there is a model year limit on them. Shop internet prices. All Ford dealers sell the same Ford plans, but some discount them much more than others.
The early 6.7 had some fuel pump issues. Otherwise, they have proven highly reliable. Check the history of that truck before you buy to see what has already been done.
