Thanks very much for the response and the advice. : ) Being new to popup campers we feel a bit out of our element although we have done quite a bit of research. We did talk to the Service Manager about it and he gave a pretty extensive description of what they were planning on doing and it sounds reasonable to us.

Any advice for negotiating the price down?
