Used Honda 2000 value?

Looking at a Craigslist ad here locally at a 2012 Honda 2000. Owner emailed me back stating he bought it at end of 2012. Stated only 15 hours use and come with theft deterrent handle. Asking 750.00. My Question is how do value a used Honda.

    As you know there $1,000 to 1,200 new so he's priced about right. You can tell the hours by the number of times the indicator blinks. I think it's one blink for each 100 hours hours of run time. Check the Honda site for a manual to check this out. He sounds like he's priced about right.
