I paid 37K for a 2014 2500 with only 17,000 miles on it.

A 2015 with over 100K miles for that price just seems too much to me. I totally get that 100K+ miles is not a 'big deal' for diesel's, but remember, the rest of the vehicle has the same amount of miles.
