Used RAM Mileage Question updated w/Photos and Carfax

Seems priced high to me and I own a 2015 Ram CTD. The 100k miles on the engine may not be much in diesel life but that is a lot of use (wear and tear) on the rest of the truck. Seats wear out, carpet gets wore, shocks wear out and lots of other parts on the truck other than the engine wear out.
