Not likely it was a high idler, or even a city commuter. Avg engine hours for that mileage would be around 3000. Less if over the road, more if a soccer mobile.
Nothing for the engine internals, still over 100k on every thing else.
Seeing as you can buy a new CC Cummjns Laramie 4x4 for under $50k, this is a huge ripoff!
