I would worry more about the miles than the price.
Sounds like a hotshotter's rig to me. If that's the case, those are 100k HARD miles.
:h
Well OP stated no Puck, or GN hitch, so if Hot Shottter's TV, they were only pulling TT, so not hard work for a Ram 3500.
The miles are nothing, the price is way too high.
As stated, Hotshotters are known for removing entire interiors, removing the beds and installing Hauler beds or flatbed setups for GN trailers. They then put the stock parts back on the truck, trade the truck in on a new one and start the process over again.
Unless you can verify this isn't the case by speaking with the original owner, then I stand by my statement. I'd assume 100k HARD miles.
I recently went through an extensive nationwide search for a used F450 and can tell you first hand I came across numerous trucks that fit this description to a 'T'. Very high mileage, yet looked as if nothing had been hauled in the bed/interiors. Yet once you dug a little deeper, and saw the evidence it was pretty clear what was going on. Some trucks looked to have had even more mileage than was already on the odometer, as if the dash cluster had been swapped out for awhile and then re-installed for resale.
But hey, you can choose to believe it was a grandma pulling a T@B trailer if you'd like. You might get lucky.
Well said Threebigfords...
