- Ron3rdExplorer IIINot exactly apples to apples but I paid $47K plus taxes and fees for my new loaded 2016 CTD 2500 Big Horn Mega Cab 2wd. Yes, the Laramie is a more expensive trim line, and the 3500 is about $500 more, but I still think the price is a bit high. The high mileage would be a deal-killer for me.
- S_DavisExplorerBe interesting to see what the hour meter reads, but that price seems to high.
- Cummins12V98Explorer IIIWould not worry about the miles but that dealer is insane on the price!!!
- ThreebigfordsExplorerI would worry more about the miles than the price.
Sounds like a hotshotter's rig to me. If that's the case, those are 100k HARD miles. - WTP-GCExplorerDefinitely a hot-shot truck. Looks brand new inside because many hot-shotters pull out the factory seats and put in their old ones. Or sometimes they put seat covers on. Is the spray-bedliner fresh? Could be a sign that the bed was used hard and then covered. No pucks, but is there a GN ball?
Too many miles for such a young truck.
Too much money for this truck.
I paid about that for mine with flatbed and 20K on the clock. - larry_barnhartExplorerif the truck was a hotshotter he must not have felt it was a million mile truck.
I still get a chuckle everytime I hear the million mile stories. I do understand most of would never get to that many miles but some have done it.

chevman - DakotaDadExplorerKinda funny. I just heard my first million mile report in person (rather than reading it on some Web page) this past weekend.
I was in line for the dump station at Custer State Park when a gentleman wandered up and complimented me on my truck. Said his brother hauls RVs for a living with almost the exact same truck, and has 1.1 million miles on it.
Nice guy. No way of verifying whether it was actually true or not. But then, since I only average about 8k a year, I'll never live long enough to push a million miles anyway. - bobsallyhExplorer IIThe mileage on the odometer wouldn't bother me, as mine has 212,000 on it. But since you like or want bells and whistles (fluff), this is the stuff that becomes a PITA over the years. I know I wouldn't pay that price!
