So I just bought a new to me travel trailer that has 3 solar panels 3 batteries and a 3000 w inverter. Just wondering if i can use my Honda EU 2000 generator at the same time the inverter is being use...

No, not unless it is an inverter that has a "grid-tie" function, but I can't see someone going to the expense of adding that type of unit to an RV. They are meant for residential and commercial solar electric systems, and cost a fortune, and are complex to wire.
