Using an electric impact wrench to raise jacks?

I heard somewhere that an electric impact wrench works well for raising and lowering trailer jacks. I used an electric drill until it gave up and now I'm using the crank that came with the trailer. ...

We still use our 18 volt power drill and it does a great job as long as I clean and dry lube jacks a couple times a year. Been thinking of upgrading to a lithium ion power drill and have seen where the set includes and impact driver which I believe would prove to be better suited for this task.
