Using an electric impact wrench to raise jacks?

I heard somewhere that an electric impact wrench works well for raising and lowering trailer jacks. I used an electric drill until it gave up and now I'm using the crank that came with the trailer. ...

Impact wrenches are for breaking bolts loose....you do not need impact to raise/lower stabalizer jacks....you can damage the jack. I have used an 18 volt Dewalt for 6 or seven years now...no problem.
