You would be much safer ducting furnace heat into the underbelly.
Consider the exhaust heat a sunk cost, like exhaust out of your car. It lost heat due to combustion and carries all the dangerous bits with it.
I do recommend multiple CO2 monitors as well.
This stuff can kill you. It’s not if it will seep Into the Camper. It will FLOOD into the camper and kill.
Come up with another solution for heating your trailers under belly
