I just got out my copy of the NEC and 551.1 says "The provisions of this article cover the electrical conductors and equipment other than low-voltage vehicle circuits or extensions thereof, installed within or on recreational vehicles ...".
Additionally, I don't think Art. 200 applies to low voltage circuits either.
My copy is several years old so maybe things have changed.
