I have had that one in my trailer for the past 11 years. It works great and keeps the fridge at a reasonable temperature no matter the outside temp. It only comes on when the thermostat calls for it. I have it mounted in the bottom of the fridge compartment.
By the way, there are no batteries involved with that unit. It gets its' power from the trailer elec system.
