Yep, ditto what don said. Bad time of year but not impossible. Just be realistic and don't be in a hurry. There is so much of a regional component that it's hard to find one place to establish a value. Craigslist and Ebay are probably the best places to get an idea. If you can wait a few months you'll likely have much better luck.... or at least more activity. I actually have my TT on Craigslist and get about 1 inquiry per week. If I find a buyer over the winter great.... but I'm figuring it will be the spring before it sells.
