Valve seals
I know the valve seals on the dump valves are some type of rubber. What does anyone do to lube them to keep them from drying and cracking? That is if anyone does anything.

Thetford sells a plumbing seal lubricant product for the dump valves. Thing is, just how is it supposed to work when it just "passes" through with the waste?
I bought a bottle of it when I stored the trailer after a trip and had run out of the toilet seal lubricant/conditioner; figured it was better than nothing for the toilet valve. That's the only plumbing "valve" I really pay attention to.
