You have plenty of engine. That same engine in the Durango is rated to tow over 6,000 pounds. Many unibody vehicles are adequate to tow considering many of the modern SUVs are unibody. You also have a good amount of wheelbase. Minivans have a lower center of gravity than pickups and SUVs which is good. Being a van, you should have decent payload. However the transmission is probably not that stout nor is the hitch. Will you have many passengers with you when towing?
There is a good chance you be over your GCWR. Also that trailer will easily be 3,500 pounds wet and loaded so you would like be over your tow rating.
I think minivans are artificially under rated for towing but that is for a different discussion.
A half ton pickup would definitely do a better job but if you go that route you might as well get a bigger trailer with two axles.
