I spend about $100/yr for 26K GCW non-commercial and $15 of that is to have wildlife plates.
Second Chance, they didn't mark you down as commercial did they? My price would about triple for the same weight as a commercial vehicle.
Many states don't make you declare a GVW/GCW but the base tag is only good for 8,000lbs here in Idaho.
RV's are exempt from the total weight here as well, since they have a more expensive registration than utility trailers. I wonder if your state is the same?
