Vent Covers and Slideout Awnings

I am very much pro-vent cover, but as for the difference between the MaxxAir I vs II, I dont know the pro/cons. I myself have the MaxxAir II on my Fantastic Fan and my toilet vent. They really do allow for the vents to be open in fairly hard rains. They also serve as protector for my vent covers. I had a Walnut fall out of a tree and bust my vent cover.

As for Slide Toppers, a lot of mixed reviews on them. I do have them and they do keep the leaves/Pine Needles and sticks off of the top of my slides. However they can be quite loud if it gets windy.
