Unfortunately, history shows that this is not your purpose.
People being killed in rear end collisions is a serious issue. Many safety standards are in place, and the manufacturers are forced to comply with them. The standards continue to get more strict, and the result is that cars are safer now and continue to get safer as time goes on. This is a good thing. But, it makes no sense to hold a manufacturer accountable for rules that apparently did not apply several years ago.
Regarding the pom pom boy comment, you might want to consider looking at your own posts.
By the way, I own a Chevy, a Ford, and a Dodge. My Chevy is an excellent car.
