A question for the OP: Your air lines for the Ride Rites obviously aren't the cheap nylon stuff that comes with the Firestone kit. Where did you get the air line and fittings, and is it easy to change from the stock "push n' lock" fittings? I have Ride Rites on my Ram and a persistent slow leak I believe is coming from the fill valve (no onboard compressor) or the fitting on the air bag itself on one side.
A couple of the lines are Firestone lines. I got the rest of the lines and extra fittings from Etrailer.com on this page Etrailer Firestone Accessory page
The most important thing I can tell you from having these for a couple of years is that the end cuts have to be square. Mine leaked as well until I bought one of these type cutters Air Line Cutter
After re-cutting the ends and re-inserting them, I had no leaks on the bag side. My leak is coming from the fitting on the tank or the check valve in Viair's braided line. I hope this helps!
