You may want to take a look at my pics to see how I mounted my ViAir dual tank system which I got from Hornblaster. I made a set of brackets and used the bed frame to mount dual tanks up inside of the fender well on each side. I mounted dual compressors inside of plastic battery boxes right to the frame. While I was at it I also added a set of air horns.
Set up worked great.

I almost put my tank in that very location. That is a very neat install. I would love a set of train horns, but I would get into so much trouble with them!!:B
