Going 30 on a washboard road? Sounds foolish to me. Seems boondocking is the way to go? Gee, ok, if you absolutely cannot postpone the fun of camping any longer. I can.
We just got back from a month of boondocking. It was the best way for us to physically distance from people. We have a daughter living at home who is an essential worker and would be our vector for getting the virus so we took off. We will be doing it again once I finish the solar upgrade this weekend.
As for going 30 on washboard roads, we did that too. But because of the lower torklift stable loads I installed before the trip we had no issues. We experienced no porpoising at all and we drove 4,000 miles. I was skeptical about such a simple upgrade being effective but I'm sold on them now. A lot less sway and sag as well and the drive on washboards doesn't have to be painfully slow.
