Not to sound harsh, but it's a trailer that is almost ten years old, built by an industry known for poor quality. Add to that, it's always a pretty good possibility, that it's a product that is not taken care of by owners. Just look at the average ten year old car....most have some "issues".
Buying used is always a "buyer beware" situation.
As President Reagan said, "trust, but verify".
Now, roll up the sleeves and get to work fixing it. Consider this a good time to upgrade and/or customize things the way "you" want it for your own use.
