the roof is fine and the leaks arent coming from there.. the water was coming in the bolt holes for the awning, into the top aluminum rail it is attached to and dripping out of screw holes. i verified this when i had the wall pulled apart and tested it with a hose. the roof rubber itself is in outstanding shape and so is all the caulking around all the roof vents and drip rail. it looks like OSI or Dicor was used on the roof. the roof is nice and solid with no soft spots on top or inside. the rest of the damage was from the crack and the lack of caulking around the window and lights..I also verified this while it was still apart. i have $300 into fixing everything and thats total cost including putting down new floating vinyl plank floor throughout the entire trailer.all the clamps are still on the skin holding it to the new wood structure... the fiberglass is no longer wavy and before i left for work tonight i checkit and im surprised how rigid my repair is. it honestly was not that hard at all.
