The wall I had to rebuild was the one he told me he rebuilt along with the floor..that's how I know.. it was obvious by the jigsaw puzzle of foam in the wall ... The wall and floor are going back together so I am over the shock and anger....

I would not be so quick to throw the seller to the wolves. Water damage was disclosed. I am not sure why it is assumed the extent of the damaged was known by the seller. The pictures clearly show damage that was hidden. Just because a seller does not want to undo an as-is sale does not equal scam. We have all made mistakes making purchases either by lack of research or letting our emotions get the best of us. I do not consider myself a victim when I make these mistakes.
